We at Sisoo are all Craftsfolk. We understand the uniqueness of each situation.
Sisoo is developing new tools, approaches, methodologies to deconstruct the Industrial Way of Working of the Recruitment and Consulting industry and bring if back to a Craft, with the ultimate goal of making people and companies trust and care for one another again.

Sisu is an action mindset, grit, courage, determination, patience, endurance, benevolence, guts, resilience, tenacity & hardiness + an untapped power reserve.
We know from experience how Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambigous the world we live in is. We understand how difficult it can be at times to know which way to go, to make decisions without having all the facts. Sisu allows us that drive, that energy to move forward even when the terrain is uneven. Caring and Trust also play a big role in this.
We need it to start, maintain and nurture a change.
CARING
Caring, for us, is feeling & showing concern and kindness to others. We tend to think a company in an abstract entity. It is not, it is the sum of all individuals who compose it and revolve around and with it. We want the organization to be caring and fostering its ecosystem.
Caring is consistency and attention to details. It also means holding out a helping hand, mentoring, supporting. Caring means contributing to an ecosystem you want to live in, being a ConusmActor.
Caring is also speaking your piece and listening to others’. At times, this might seem hard. Trust, Candor and a pinch of Sisu are the ingredients that make it possible

Candor is real talk. It encourages asking questions. Not being afraid to question why we do things and the way we do them.
This ability to talk freely, frankly and be vulnerable without retaliation is crucial to keep on our toes and get better at what we do.
Caring in Candor contributes to Trust.
TRUST
Trust is not a singular thing. It is a relationship between a trustor and a trustee. The role of the trustor is to take risks and the trustee to be trustworthy. Frequent exchange of the two roles will create a state of trust.
